LABORATORY SERVICES
In addition to saliva testing for hormones and urine testing for iodine spillage that is outlined on the Bioidentical Hormones page, we also offer BloodDrop tests. We can do full panels or individual tests.

You are given a kit containing materials for the collection and shipping of your specimen. You perform a simple fingerstick on yourself with a lancet (similar to the procedure for glucose testing) and collect the blood into a small serum separator tube. Depending on the number of tests ordered, one or two tubes may be required. You then put the tube(s) in provided containers and ship postage-paid to the lab.
The convenience and stress-free collection is a main advantage - no stressful or painful venipuncture, it's all done in the comfort of your own home when the time is right for you.
Since these are done by an independent laboratory, most insurance companies will reimburse you for our lab fee.
